Taylor and Jake, Oh My!

So I have to admit...I am pretty baffled by the new relationship that is blooming between Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhaal (yes, I had to google his name to get the spelling correct). I absolutely love Taylor and firmly believe she will never turn into a "Lindsay" or "Paris". Jake is a talented actor and a lot of people think he is really good lucking but every time I look at him, I only see his character from the movie, Bubble Boy.

See what I mean? I just can't get that picture out of my head. I know, now he is much more handsome.

Oh what a better hairstyle, clothes and muscles can do to someone! The new couple were first photographed together at a coffee shop in Brooklyn and more recently in a coffee shop in Nashville.

Jake definitely has a pattern with what kind of girls he likes to date. His last two long term relationships were with Reese Witherspoon and Kirsten Dunst. Both have blond hair and pale, porcelain complexions, just like Tay-tay. Only time will tell what will become of these two, who have been dating for five weeks. My prediction is it won't last longer than six months, but we shall see! Oh, and I can't wait to get my gossip bible, Us Weekly, in the mail this week. They have the exclusive photo of Taylor with her arm around Jakie-poo while they were in New York for Turkey Day! Until next time! xoxo

And So It Begins...

For anyone who knows me, I love all things gossip. My fascination with celebrity pop culture began at an early age. I loved looking at pictures of celebrities in magazines, because back then there was no US Weekly or TMZ. I pretty much had to rely on People magazine for my fix. My fascination slowly, ok, I am lying, probably pretty quickly, picked up. I was introduced to my first celebrity blogger website by a friend at an old job (www.pinkisthenewblog.com). I soon learned that he updated twice a day with new pictures and stories. From there I learned about Perez Hilton (www.perezhilton.com) and that website became my new addiction.

I have this weird ability to remember everything pertaining to celebrity. Can I recite my prepositions, not in their entirety. But I can tell you the names of Jennifer Garner's kids and all the famous boyfriends that she has had (did you know she has been married twice?). But it just doesn't stop at Jennifer Garner, who by the way I adore. A co-worker of mine actually met her at an airport in West Virginia and he solidified what I already thought, she was as sweet in person as she appears on tv/film.

Ok, but let's get to the heart of this blog. I am a stay at home, working mom (yes, I have two boys, 22 months apart and work close to 4o hrs/wk from my house). But I have had this "itch" to start my own celebrity blog (with pictures) for quite some time. So I hope you join me on my journey...I will post as often as I can...but it may be late at night and I may be bleary eyed so no judging me if I have a typo or two!
